How much ashes can each piece of cremation jewelry hold? Cremation jewelry is designed to carry symbolic amounts of ashes—just enough to keep your loved one close.
Most pieces can hold approximately 0.5–1 teaspoon of ashes (around 0.5 g).

If you wish to preserve a larger amount of ashes, we recommend choosing a traditional urn.
Are the ashes safe inside the jewelry? Can it open or leak? Yes.
Every piece is designed with a secure, precision-threaded compartment—often reinforced with a rubber gasket or sealing ring.
Once filled and properly sealed, it will not open or leak during daily wear.

To ensure long-term safety, we recommend sealing the chamber with the included glue and avoiding frequent opening, as this may weaken the seal over time.

Can I wear cremation jewelry in the shower or while swimming? Is it waterproof? The stainless steel material itself is water-resistant and will not rust.

However, prolonged or repeated water exposure—especially from pools, seawater, or hot water—may affect the sealant or surface finish of any jewelry.

Cremation jewelry is permitted by the TSA and other airport authorities.
It is small, safe, and will not trigger any restrictions.

You may be asked to remove metal jewelry during security screening, but the item itself will not be inspected or opened.

Because engraving is a custom service, it may add a few days to the processing time.

Note: Engraved items are personalized and cannot be returned unless there is an engraving error on our part.
What is your return policy for cremation jewelry? We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase.
Our return policy is as follows:

1. Unfilled cremation jewelry

May be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided it is in original condition and has not been filled.

2. Filled cremation jewelry

For safety and respect, once a piece has been filled with ashes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

3. Personalized items (engraved pieces)

Because personalization is permanent:

Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged

Unless we made an error during engraving

All items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality.
